LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Electric System (LES) is suing a construction company over claims that it damaged company equipment and caused power outages.
The lawsuit filed in Lancaster County District Court alleges employees of WCHE LLC hit LES’ at-grade riser equipment on a utility pole while operating equipment near 70th Street and Saltillo Road on June 15, 2023.
