COLUMN: Falling for fall break

Fall break is creeping up as the weather cools and the leaves change colors. Although the semester is starting to intensify, students will get just a few days off to relax and hopefully stay away from bookwork. While fall break is only a longer weekend, there are still plenty of activities to keep our minds off our classes.

UNL will have its fall break on Monday, Oct. 20, and Tuesday, Oct. 21. This means that students get four whole days to sit back and enjoy being away from campus.

Fall break is the perfect time to step away from school and enjoy the changing of seasons. Whether it’s detoxing from the internet or staying in town, there are so many things to do over our short break…
