LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Police are investigating after shots were fired in a Lincoln neighborhood Tuesday morning.
Lincoln Police officers responded to 40th and Randolph streets at 4:07 a.m. after a caller reported hearing gunshots.
Officers arrived on scene and found eight spent 9mm shell casings in the street. No injuries or damage were reported…
