The Lincoln Police Department and Lincoln Police Union will host their annual Trunk or Treat event from 4 to 8 p.m. tonight, October 28, at the Sandhills Global Event Center.
The free, family-friendly event will feature decorated trunks, candy giveaways, and Halloween fun for all ages. Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Sandhills Global Event Center concession stands, as well as Kona Ice and Tom’s Coffee Truck.
Organizers say due to limited space, they are not seeking additional volunteers or trunks this year. However, local businesses can still support the event by sponsoring a trunk.
