LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Nora Martinez is a single mother of three who has struggled with food insecurity in the past.
“I can’t think of something more terrifying than not knowing what you’re going to do to feed your kids when you’re already doing so much to make it happen,” said Martinez.
Now that she’s overcome those struggles, she’ll be opening the Black Sheep Fusion Food Trailer this Saturday, where she will be giving out meals to those in need on a pay-as-you-can basis…
