Lancaster County has launched Lancaster Connect, a free online platform that lets residents report non-emergency road and infrastructure issues directly to the Lancaster County Engineering Department.
The app, powered by SeeClickFix, allows users to upload photos, describe concerns, and track responses in real time. Residents can download Lancaster Connect from the Apple App Store or Google Play, or access it online at lancaster.ne.gov/connect.
