LINCOLN–(KFOR Nov. 3)–Police arrested an 18-year-old woman a north Lincoln apartment complex just before 1am Monday, after a disturbance that included 20 to 25 people outside fighting.
LPD public information manager Erika Thomas says when officers showed up to an apartment complex near 31st and North Hill Road, a vehicle was seen with its lights on and someone inside screaming. Thee driver, 18-year-old Aziyah Weaver, and all the passengers got out and ran off, Thomas said. Officers were able to catch up with Weaver and take her into custody.
According to police, officers smelled alcohol on Weaver and conducted a DUI investigation. Her BAC was determined to be 0.097 and an open bottle of alcohol was also allegedly found in the car…
