Lincoln Residents: Street Closures and Parking Restrictions November 8-9 for Good Life Halfsy Half-Marathon

The City of Lincoln will close several streets and enforce parking restrictions on Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025, for the 12th Annual Good Life Halfsy half-marathon. The event is expected to have more than 9,000 runners. The race will start at 8:30 a.m. Sunday at Seacrest Field, 7300 “A” Street, and end on Canopy Street in the Railyard district.

The Lincoln Police Department will manage intersections along the race route. Police will provide updates on street reopenings through social media. Residents should plan for possible traffic delays and can view the race course map at goodlifehalfsy.com.

Parking will not be allowed on Holmes Park Road and South 76th Street from 8 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday. Parking will also be restricted on New Hampshire Street from 14th to Sixth streets from 8 p.m. Saturday to 3 p.m. Sunday. Vehicles parked in these areas may be towed.
