WAVERLY, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office (LSO) has identified the driver who was killed after a crash east of Waverly Thursday.
LSO identified the driver Friday as 86-year-old Fernando Ortiz of Waverly. He died at the scene of the crash.
