NU head coach Matt Rhule certainly had his takes. They weren’t all that dissimilar from other rationales after losses. Wright had another view. He thinks he and his teammates didn’t come into the game against the Nittany Lions with the right mindset.
“I think we came in here, we knew what was coming, and we didn’t execute,” The veteran Nebraska cornerback said. “They executed, they were more physical than us, as simple as that. So I don’t know why we didn’t come with the right mindset. I thought we were prepared, but when the time came to do it, we didn’t execute.”…
