HOSPERS—One of two Hospers firefighters injured in a controlled house fire training exercise continues to recover at the CHI Health St. Elizabeth Burn Center in Lincoln, NE.
Forty-one-year-old Phil Zeutenhorst received third- degree burns on his hands, arms and back with less serious burns on his legs, ears and chest during a Hospers Fire & Rescue training exercise when the fire flashed over Monday, Nov. 24, according to social media posts.
The other firefighter received minor burns.
