LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying the people responsible for improper disposal of tires across the county.
Deputies have received seven reports of tire littering throughout the county since Dec. 3. LSO Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said 99 tires have been thrown into ditches, including one case in which 55 tires were tossed.
