LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man accused in a deadly 2024 shooting is taking the insanity defense.
According to court records, 55-year-old Jacob Mulloy is accused of shooting and killing 52-year-old John Armstrong at an apartment near downtown Lincoln in April.
