Garth Brooks called his show in Lincoln, Nebraska, one of the “greatest shows” that he ever played. However, a technical issue could have caused things to go terribly wrong.
“We’re on stage before the sun goes down so you can see the faces really well,” Brooks said in a video posted on his website on Thursday, Dec. 11. “What happens in Lincoln, Nebraska, is the entire sound goes out. There it is. Now you’re standing right with me. 95,000 people and you can’t communicate with them and you start to see how little power you have.”
