Man accused of open firing on woman at Lincoln gas station takes plea deal

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man accused of opening fire on a woman at a Lincoln gas station took a plea deal on Tuesday.

According to court documents, 20-year-old Dreyce Bogan was found guilty of unlawful and intentional discharge of a firearm. The counts of using of a firearm to commit a felony and discharge of a weapon near a vehicle or building were dropped.
