PAWNEE CITY – Juan Ramirez Jr., 29, of Lincoln is charged with assault on Dec. 24, 2024.
A sheriff’s office affidavit says a 39-year-old woman described an assault that included pressure on her airway. The affidavit says the women recanted her statements days after the report, but told investigators Ramirez threatened to release inappropriate videos of her if she didn’t recant.
