Man caught with more than 17 pounds of fentanyl in Nebraska traffic stop, deputies say

SEWARD COUNTY Neb. (KOLN) – An Omaha man was arrested after Seward County sheriff’s deputies uncovered 35.2 pounds of drugs during a traffic stop on I-80.

Howard Howard, 56, was arrested Monday on suspicion of possession of narcotics with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm while committing a felony.

The sheriff’s office said that during a search of Howard’s vehicle, deputies found 17.6 pounds of fentanyl, 13.2 pounds of cocaine and 4.4 pounds of methamphetamine. Deputies also located a loaded .38-caliber revolver…
