An 86-year-old man is accused of trying to kill a 68-year-old man on Christmas Eve in Saunders County, about 4½ miles southwest of Fremont.
The Omaha World-Herald reports a press release from the Saunders County Sheriff’s Office said shortly after 1 p.m. on Wednesday, a 911 dispatcher received a call pertaining to a shooting at County Road W, about a half mile west of U.S. Highway 77.
