LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man is behind bars after allegedly driving with children while under the influence on Christmas.
Around 1:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the area of North 33rd Street and St. Paul Avenue on the report of a hit-and-run. The caller told officers that he witnessed a man and woman hit his parked car before fleeing north in a white Subaru Outback.
