New city of Lincoln zoning laws hope to expand childcare access

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln City Council discussed new zoning laws on Monday. If passed, the laws would make it easier to apply for and open up early childhood care facilities in the capital city.

The city council held their second reading and was opened to public comment.
