Capital Humane Society installs first 24/7 microchip station in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Pet owners who find lost animals in Lincoln no longer have to wait for veterinary offices open to have microchips scanned.

The Capital Humane Society installed a 24-hour microchip scanning station earlier this week at their location on Park Boulevard. That station allows anyone to scan a pet’s microchip and helps users take steps to reunite lost pets with their owner.
