LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – From local art hanging on the walls to weekly farmers markets every summer, community partnership has been a central idea of the Hub Café since it’s creation 10 years ago.
Owner and executive chef Jake Thiessen said the restaurant originally started out as a “farm-to-table” operation run by the Dittman family, who used their farming endeavors to supply the café with dairy products.
