LINCOLN–(KFOR Jan. 12)–Lincoln Police have arrested someone believed to have burglarized the Puff Smoke Shop off of Cotner Boulevard and Leighton Avenue early Monday morning.
According to LPD, officers were called after a glass break alarm went off. Once they arrived, officers found 23-year-old Maverick Kugler of Lincoln crouched down outside the building. He was found with a pair of needle nose wire strippers. Police say officers found two broken glass doors on the north side of the store and, once inside, found a car tire in the middle of the store with broken glass in the tire tread and some rock fragments…
