Federal agents serve warrant at northeast Lincoln residence, sparking outrage from bystanders

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Homeland Security investigators led a law enforcement operation in a northeast Lincoln neighborhood on Tuesday evening, sparking outrage from bystanders who suspect that it was an ICE raid.

While details are slim, 10/11 has been in contact with local law enforcement and confirmed that Homeland Security was leading the operation to serve a federal warrant at a multi-unit residence near 32nd and Orchard streets.

10/11 reporters at the scene witnessed multiple people with rifles and other combat gear, wearing labels identifying them as Homeland Security, FBI and U.S. Marshals…
