Dylan Raiola’s exit from Nebraska reportedly includes an unusual Oregon package deal

It’s no secret that when Nebraska bid farewell to Donovan Raiola, it was likely bidding farewell to the entire Raiola family. Whether the decision to fire the offensive line coach came before Matt Rhule thought Dylan and Dayton were leaving is up for debate. Still, the chain reaction saw the elder player head to Oregon, and the younger brother looking for a new team.

According to Steve Sipple, the Huskers’ loss of the entire Raiola clan means that they’ll essentially be shifting to the Ducks. He believes that Dylan’s transfer there was, in part, due to an agreement that makes him and Dayton a package deal.

Sipple, an On3 insider, appeared on 93.7 The Ticket, a local Lincoln radio station. He laid out that Dayton is also headed to the Ducks, but still won’t get the same treatment he would have with the Huskers.
