AUBURN – Jacob Armagost, 35, of Lincoln is charged in Nemaha County with terroristic threats on Dec. 28 and child abuse on Dec. 19.
A sheriff’s office affidavit says deputies were dispatched to Maple Street in Johnson for a welfare check after a woman went to a Quick Stop and asked for help. The woman then returned as a passenger to a Ford Escape, which drove away.
