LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Lincoln to more than 12 years in prison after investigators found over 200 grams of methamphetamine in his home in 2024.
Julius Phillips, 40, of Lincoln, was sentenced to 146 months’ imprisonment for one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth.
After Phillips’ release from prison, he will begin a five-year term of supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system…
