(Johnson) — Johnson-Brock senior multi-sport standout Rylie Beethe is set to continue playing softball at the next level with Concordia in Seward, Nebraska.
The Nebraska City softball star, Beethe hit .377/.463/.899 with three doubles, three triples and nine home runs this past fall on her way to earning All-KMAland Softball Team honors for a second straight year.
“I was always kind of deciding between track and softball, but I always loved softball more,” Beethe told KMA Sports. “I was just going to pick whatever I got better at, and I’m probably better at softball. When I first went on my visit (to Concordia), I really loved the coaching there. I met both coaches, and I really liked them. Everyone there seemed really nice.”…
