LINCOLN, Neb. — The Lincoln Police Department is investigating a fatal pedestrian crash as a motor vehicle homicide.
Joan Meyer, 88, of Avoca, Neb., died on Feb. 4 from injuries sustained when she was struck by a vehicle on Jan. 31.
