MINNEAPOLIS – Minnesota State men’s and women’s track and field concluded competition in two locations on Saturday, including Lincoln, Nebraska, in the two-day Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational and the University of Minnesota Classic in Minneapolis.

The Mavericks posted more strong performances on Saturday in both meets, after senior Keshaun Black surpassed the MSU record in 60 meter dash on Friday with a prelims time of 6.65. His finals time of 6.66 also tied Emmanuel Matadi’s 2015 record.
