LINCOLN—(KFOR Feb. 14)—A man was shot several times in a neighborhood south of downtown Lincoln late Saturday afternoon and police have arrested a suspect in connection to the incident.
It was around 4:30pm Saturday when LPD was called to the scene near 12th and “E” Street after neighbors reported hearing gunfire. Officers responded and found a 43-year-old man was shot. He was taken to a hospital and his injuries are not life threatening.
