Jury acquits ex-Seward County deputy of manslaughter in I-80 shooting of Hastings man

LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. — A jury has found a former Seward County sheriff’s deputy not guilty of a charge related to an officer-involved shooting of a Hastings man.

According to Lancaster County District Court records, a jury found Anthony Gann, 29, not guilty of one count of manslaughter.
