LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A Lincoln man is charged with terroristic threats after he allegedly threatened to kill a woman and her 1-year-old child, court documents show.
Victor Munoz, 25, appeared before a Lancaster County judge on Wednesday and had his bond set at 10% of $300,000.
On Tuesday, officers were called to a home in the area of 70th and O streets to conduct a welfare check. A woman said she received several concerning messages from Munoz that stated he was going to kill her and her 1-year-old child, according to the arrest affidavit.
