LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office responded to numerous crashes outside of Lincoln during Thursday’s snowstorm, with deputies handling more calls than available units at one point.
The sheriff’s office reported nine total accidents, including three hit-and-run accidents and four injury accidents. Deputies also provided 15 motorist assists throughout the response period.
