LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Former fans of Norm’s on 48th and current fans of Ty’s BBQ and Smashys will be happy to hear they can now get their fix at a brand new store opening Wednesday morning.
After a few delays, the newly constructed Super C on South 10th Street had its finishing touches put on Tuesday, with a kitchen and barbecue pit room for crafting the Nebraska barbecue that pitmaster Tyler Sell is known for.
Last year, Sell rebranded Norm’s under his own name and the business was bought by the Super C gas station chain, supplying stores across Lincoln with grab-and-go smash burgers, breakfast burritos and numerous barbecue items…
