Negotiated agreement will give Lincoln Public Schools educators 4.2% raise for 2026-27

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Board of Education approved a negotiated agreement that will give 3,700 Lincoln Public Schools educators raises over the next two years.

The Lincoln Education Association (LEA) and Lincoln Public School District reached a two-year contract agreement for the 2026-27 and 2027-28 school years to support student learning and teacher retention and recruitment.
