GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) – A Michigan man employed as a carnival worker at the Nebraska State Fair will be sentenced next month for enticement.
Court records show 46-year-old Todd Brown of Kalamazoo, Michigan, pleaded no contest and was convicted of enticement by electronic device. He will be sentenced April 8 and could get up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Police say Brown contacted an undercover officer posing as a 14-year-old girl on social media in August. During the conversation, Brown referred to specific sex acts. He was arrested during the state fair after arranging a meeting with the undercover officer…
