LINCOLN–(News Release Mar. 5)–Mayor Leirion Gaylor Baird and Liz Elliott, Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) Director, today outlined significant community-wide street and other transportation infrastructure improvements planned for 2026 designed to enhance safety and economic growth, and contribute to a higher quality of life for all Lincoln residents.
