Snow and strong winds moved into Lincoln Sunday and city crews are out on the streets. City officials say winter operation crews are treating arterial, school and bus routes with
granular salt pre-wet with brine.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 9 p.m. Sunday with winds gusting up to 65 mph and snow accumulation up to three inches possible. Occasional whiteout conditions are also possible.
