LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — A Lincoln woman is accused of starving her two dogs to death in their cages before abandoning the bodies when she was evicted.
Prosecutors charged 29-year-old Brigid English with a single felony count of cruelly neglecting an animal resulting in death. The charge is a class IV felony.
