LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Transportation and Utilities (LTU) is celebrating Nebraska Public Transit Week by offering free rides on StarTran buses and paratransit services on Friday.
“Fare Free Friday is a great way for new riders to try StarTran’s fixed route and paratransit services at no cost,” said Carla Cosier, LTU assistant director of transit. “We also take this week to celebrate our regular riders and drivers, mechanics, dispatchers, and support staff who make reliable public transit possible every day.”
