The Nebraska fans have made their presence known in Oklahoma City, and with the Huskers winning their first-ever NCAA Tournament game on Thursday, they are still around on Saturday. Obviously, Nebraska isn’t the only team playing in OKC, and Husker Nation was able to do a little trolling of Texas A&M.
Some may wonder why Nebraska would want to troll the Aggies. Well, it isn’t actually Texas A&M they are trolling, but their athletic director, Trev Alberts, who was a player at Nebraska and returned to be their athletic director as well. Alberts left the Huskers to become the AD at Texas A&M, and clearly, Nebraska fans are fully over it.
Alberts was sitting courtside at Texas A&M’s Round of the 32 matchup against Houston, and the moment he stood up to leave after the Aggies loss, every Nebraska fan in the stands let him hear it. Clearly, Alberts isnt’ loved as much in Lincoln as he used to be…
