Lincoln homeowners can now apply for the Rainscaping Lincoln–Sustainable Landscapes Cost Share Program, which helps fund projects that improve water quality. The program reimburses 50% of eligible costs, up to $2,000, for features like rain gardens, bioswales, waterwise lawns, or pavement removal.
