Man Accused as Accessory into Triple Homicide Pleads Not Guilty

LINCOLN–(KFOR Apr. 3)–Not guilty the plea from 58-year-old Kendall Hawthorne for his alleged role in the crimes that took place at his home near NW 27th and West Alvo Road related to the January 15 shooting deaths of 27-year-old Roberto Tanner, 26-year-old Hannah Neville, both of Stromsburg, and their unborn child.

Hawthorne appeared in court this week and is facing two counts of accessory to murder and tampering with evidence. Hawthorne is accused of having 24-year-old Sterling James of Lincoln use his property to destroy evidence. James is accused of shooting and killing Tanner, Neville on January 15…
