LPD Investigating Lincoln Child’s Death from Late March

LINCOLN–(KFOR/KOLN Apr. 3)–Lincoln Police are investigating and a Lincoln couple are looking for clear answers after their 8-month-old son suddenly died on March 26.

According to KFOR’s media partner, 10/11 News, LPD was called to a home in west Lincoln late on the morning of March 24 about a medical emergency. The mother, 20-year-old Serenity Cleary, told 10/11 her boyfriend was sick on March 24 and they left their son with their babysitter. A short time later after the initial call to police, Cleary said officers arrived and told her that her son was taken to the hospital. EMTs found the boy blue and his heart stopped.
