LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) — As the average cost of college has more than doubled in the 21st century, according to Education Data Initiative, new legislation in Nebraska hopes to expand educational savings accounts and their uses.
At the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the cost of college could run almost $30,000 a year for in-state students.
