HOSPERS—Two people were arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday, April 5, near Hospers on a charge of disorderly conduct — fighting/violent behavior.
The arrest of 61-year-old Mark Ridder Young of Lincoln, NE, and 18-year-old Jacobi James Fischer of Hospers stemmed from an erratic driving complaint on the Highway 60 expressway, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
It was determined Young was driving a 2024 Toyota Tundra and Fischer was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado pickup south when they were “involved in a road rage incident” on Highway 60 near 420th Street about two miles south of Hospers, according to the complaint/affidavit filed by the sheriff’s office…
