With machines moving earth in the background and a 3-2-1 countdown, representatives from Southeast Community College and other dignitaries turned the soil to break ground on the new Construction Technology Center at SCC-Milford May 1.
Dist. 24 Sen. Jana Hughes said the new building will be a great benefit, not just to SCC and District 24, but the region and the state.
