LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Temperatures will be mainly above average this weekend and much of next week. There are some chances for rain with the best chance on Saturday.
Light rain showers and sprinkles should move out by mid-morning today as clouds decrease late this morning and early afternoon. Much of this afternoon should be mostly sunny to partly cloudy with high temperatures reaching the low 70s to low 80s. Winds look to be variable at 5 to 15 mph.
Rain Chance Saturday
Saturday will be warmer for much of the area with high temperatures in the mid 60s to mid 80s. There is a 30 to 40% chance of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly during the afternoon and into the evening. Rain remains possible late Saturday night into very early Sunday morning across Southern Nebraska and Northern Kansas.
