Nebraska made an in-state offer in the 2028 class on Monday morning, extending a scholarship offer to Omaha Westside’s Justin Parish Jr.
The 6-foot-4, 270-pound Parish has been a popular recruit this spring, with a number of Power Four programs stopping through Omaha Westside to check in on him during the evaluation period.
